REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

The Unicorn Co. sells food products and dietary supplements intended for personal consumption. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any opened or unopened products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we will gladly replace the affected item or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Unicorn Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
